Damodarlal Kabra, older brother of the famous slide guitar player Brij Bhushan Kabra, was a well-known Sarod player in the 1960s and 1970s. He was one of the early students of Ustad Ali Akbar Khan.
Jyotish C. Choudhury was a Surbahar and Surashringar (Surshringar) player from Benares.

Damodarlal Kabra is famous for his sarod player during in his time period.he released many cassettes and one of the famous sarod player .He attend many function during his life time and entrain everyone with his music.he has many western fans and they are familiar with the sitar .damodarlal also playing tabla along with sarod .He perform solo performance also.
